I have used various products and programs by Univariety. They are really good especially the Psychometric Assessments. The tests are reliable and authentic.

If the student is confused, counsellors can get clarity with the tests and if the students are already clear with their career path, counsellors can validate it with these psychometric assessments. These tools help career counsellors in guiding their clients accurately and also provides an earning opportunity.

I have been with Univariety for the last four years. I have been trained as a career counsellor after completing the Global Career Counselling Certification with Univariety. It's a wonderful team with expert leadership out there to guide and support us counsellors. My journey has been very fruitful and enriching. I have not only understood a lot about the counselling process for the different countries, courses and careers, I have also got a good insight into how to engage with students and parents and talk to them about the options available as per the curriculum being followed by them- IB/CBSE/ ICSE /IGCSE or a state Board, assess them and counsel them on the possibilities and suggest the 'best fit' for the students. I have had some wonderful stories to share from this journey and I look forward to many more in the future as well.

I think the empanelled career counselor program is an excellent opportunity for counselors to learn and grow and expand their understanding of the different processes and its huge opportunity for counsellors.
